Note: We will not be shipping any orders between December 20th and December 27th.
Do you ship internationally?

We only ship within the United States; however, this may change in the future.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are packed and shipped Monday through Thursday only.

Please allow 4-7 business days from the date of purchase for your package to be processed and shipped (excluding pre-order timeframes). Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.

Receiving shipping confirmation but no tracking details means that USPS has not scanned the item yet. Please allow time for the tracking information to update.

Passport to Wellness (Passport to Wellness Box) is not responsible for stolen, missed, or rescheduled deliveries from USPS.

Refunds\Exchanges

Passport to Wellness (Passport to Wellness Box) offers no returns. All sales are final. Please confirm that your shipping address and email are correct to minimize mistakes. Please read the product description before purchasing. If you receive an incorrect item, please email us. Please include your contact name, issue description, order date, and order number.

Gifts

Gift cards are available for purchase and do not expire. Once a gift card is purchased, the customer will receive an email with the gift card information.
